1. New Sammy's Cowboy Bistro-Talent
Nestled in the small town of Talent Oregon this little restaurant is home to one of the best wine lists in the country, with only 6 tables there is a family vibe in the air and much of their produce in grown on-site in their very own garden. A must try if in southern Oregon.

2. Hale Pele-Portland
2013 bar of the year runner up, this super fun tiki style restaurant is the perfect place to get away while staying in town. Escape to Hale Pele and enjoy its extensive rum list and original recipes, drinks are tasty and fun, this is sure to become one of your favorite stops in Portland.

3. Cowboy Dinner Tree - Silver Lake OR
Smack dab in the middle of nowhere you will find the cowboy dinner tree,as you set back in time to a place where candles light the dinning room and whole chickens 26-30oz steaks are your only options. If driving home in a food coma doesnt sound like a good idea you can also stay in one of their cabins for $124.00 dinner included.

4. Beast- Portland
A Naomi Pomeroy creation, Beast is a small 24 seat restaurant that serves 6 course meals twice nightly. Naomi Pomeroy one chef of the year in 2008 and in 2010 was named top 10 women to watch in the next decade by Oprah magazine. Inside you feel like part of the kitchen team as your meal is prepared in the dining room.
